QUALITÄT UND KONTROLLE

MAGAND besitzt die notwendigen Mess- und Kontrolltechniken, die die Grundlage für eine besondere Produktqualität bilden, um dem hohen Niveau technischer Anforderungen seitens der Kunden gerecht zu werden. MAGANDs Mess- und Kontrollraum hat eine Arbeitsfläche von 100 m², verfügt über eine konstante Temperatur von 20°C  sowie eine regulierbare Feuchtigkeitsmessung , damit alle Kontrollen zum gewünschten Luftfeuchtigkeitsgrad und zur Referenztemperatur verwirklicht werden können. Dieser Raum ist mit den folgenden Maschinen ausgerüstet:

ROUGHNESS METER/PROFILOMETER

Measuring carried out by Zeiss roughness meter and profilometers according to different standards like: CNOMO; JIS-82; JIS-94; ISO-84; DIN-90; ASME-95; ISO-97 including the calculation of lift rates.

MEASURING WITHOUT CONTACT

20 to 200 times zoom by computer enables measurements according to three axis.

CIRCULARITY AND CONCENTRICITY

The FEDERAL plate with pneumatic pin allows measurements of circularity and concentricity with a precision of 0.02 micron.

All these control equipments are regularly calibrated and checked. The reference standards are certified by qualified laboratories connected to LNE.

METROLOGICAL SERVICE BY SUBCONTRACTING

Magand also assures in subcontracting the three-dimensional controlling and measuring service of surface and profile finishing.
